An Inconvenient Truth will be shown at the Winter Magic satellite festival in the Carrington Hotel Lounge. The presentation is hosted by the Katoomba-Leura Climate Action Now group, which is working to raise awareness of global warming, The Climate Project (Australia) and the Australian Conservation Foundation.
The event will be compered by Meredith Osborne, a community educator from Katoomba who has been trained as a climate ambassador by former US Vice President and Nobel prize winner Al Gore. | | | |
