Katoomba shop windows in Waratah St, Katoomba St and Bathurst Rds have now become mini art galleries.  Choose your favourite artwork based on the theme "Light". You can can vote in any of the participating shops and cafes and enter the draw to win dinner for two at The Old City Bank Brasserie. Voting ends Sunday 20th June. You can also vote at the Festival Information Stand on Winter Magic Day June 19th.  Winner announced at the Awards night 22 June held in the Carrington Hotel.
