Thank you for your interest in having a stall at the Blue Mountains' largest community festival.
We are continuing with the same layout for 2017 as last year, with only a small price increase to partially cover additional traffic management costs arising from new government regulations.
Stallholders are required to use biodegradable OR paper for packaging.
NO NEW/SINGLE USE PLASTIC BAGS
ALL cutlery must be bamboo
ALL plates, cups & bowls must be paper
Lids if used must COMPOSTABLE (made from corn starch)
These strict packaging guidelines and employed to make an effort to decrease the overall carbon footprint of the festival.
PLEASE NOTE: We have received a large number of stallholder applications, exceeding the number of places available. We are happy to take your application and place you on a WAITING LIST should there be any cancellations.
For determining local and handmade stalls, the mapping system we currently use to decide on the borders of local is the BMCC map – all applications requesting that price division will be required to submit a utility bill to prove residency.
ALL sections in the application form must be completed with ALL attachments required otherwise your application will not be submitted.
